Become part of the 4flow Controlling team and dive into the world of analyses, reports and key figures for a leading global provider of supply chain consulting, software and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services. We are looking for a new team member to join us.

What your new challenge will look like

This role combines hands-on operational controlling work with strong analytical responsibility and close business collaboration, including the following areas:

• End-to-end data analysis & reporting – owning the full data-to-insight process, from data sourcing and validation to reporting and KPI-driven decision support

• Process & tool optimization – continuously developing controlling instruments and driving automation and process standardization

• Deep-dive analyses – performing variance, profitability, cost and sales analyses to assess business performance and identify opportunities

• Budgeting & forecasting –supporting budget planning and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Cross-functional collaboration – working closely with business lines and internal departments in an international environment

Why you belong at 4flow

• You bring 2–4 years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, FIN Data Science or a comparable finance related role.

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or similar.

• You are confident in using Excel and Power Query, SQL, Power BI or ERP/FP&A tools.

• With your strong analytical skills, you enjoy diving deep into data, critically questioning results, and developing your own analyses.

• You are a strong communicator in English and like to translate complex data into clear business insights for different stakeholders.
