Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture

• Empower teams to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric software aligned with business needs

• Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and timely delivery

• Support engineers’ growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, QA) to deliver impactful features

• Drive best practices in software engineering, architecture, and system design

• Promote modern development practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps

• Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive environment

• You bring at least seven years of experience in software engineering, including five or more years in engineering management or technical leadership roles.

• With a strong background in software architecture, system design, and hands-on development, you are confident leading cross‑functional teams through every phase of the software development lifecycle.

• You understand what enterprise‑grade software requires in terms of security, performance, and compliance and you ideally have experience in supply chain or logistics domains. A solid foundation in AI‑related topics—such as machine learning—helps you guide teams building modern, intelligent solutions.

• Your technical toolkit spans both front-end and back-end environments: you are familiar with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and equally comfortable with backend technologies like Java, Python, Spring Boot, Express.js and Django.

• Beyond your technical expertise, you bring strong communication and leadership skills, a strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach.
