What your new challenge will look like

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations

• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers

• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations

• Monitoring logistics performance and costs

• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

Why you belong at 4flow

• You hold a Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment 

• You have initial experience in team management and development 

• You are results-oriented and customer-focused 

• You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to unexpected situations and peak activity periods, while favoring a structured problem‑solving approach 

• You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems 

• You show a strong interest in the transport and logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with extensive use of remote communication tools 

• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are required
