Planning and Execution manager

What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a manager in transportation planning and management for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation and people management, transportation planning, network design, leading operations or finding specific solutions.
In particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Leading and developing a team of logistics planners and specialists to ensure the successful planning and execution of daily operations at our customer’s two sites
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

• You give us confidence to believe that you’ll contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experience
• You have a university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight
• You have more than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team
• You possess a results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation 
• You are adaptable to new situations and peak operation periods, and have a structured approach to problem-solving
• You have strong communication skills in English and are an advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems
