Senior Software Engineer - AI

As a Senior Software Engineer AI, you will design and develop AI-driven applications, integrating machine learning models and algorithms into scalable, production-grade systems. You will collaborate across teams to deliver intelligent features that solve real-world business challenges.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using Python or Java

• Integrate machine learning models, APIs, and algorithms into scalable backend systems

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define, refine, and implement AI-based features

• Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions for AI applications

• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker

• Develop solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Ensure high-quality code through testing, documentation, and adherence to software engineering best practices

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI features in production

• Stay up to date on advancements in AI, ML frameworks, and emerging technologies relevant to the 4flow tech stack

• You bring at least three years of experience in professional software development, ideally with a strong focus on integrating AI and machine learning into real-world applications.

• Building on a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, you feel confident working with Python or Java, and you’re equally comfortable using SQL and handling large datasets.

• You have hands-on experience with established machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn or Hugging Face Transformers and you understand data engineering, ETL processes and core ML algorithms well enough to translate them into reliable, scalable solutions.

• Working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is already part of your daily toolkit.

• On top of your technical strengths, you bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, a collaborative approach and a proactive, self-driven mindset. I
