Whether it’s organizing Welcome Days for new colleagues, maintaining Learning & Development measures and request, or coordinating local HR initiatives – you’ll actively shape the daily business and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What your new challenge will look like

• You’ll be right in the middle of everyday HR tasks: absence management, maintenance of L&D request and support in local activities, coordinating onboarding of team members, and keeping track of working student hours.

• You’ll bring fresh ideas through your own research and suggestions for new initiatives.

• You can be part of exciting HR projects that impact the entire company.

• You’ll work closely with a motivated team that supports you and grows with you.

• You’re enrolled full-time at a university or college for at least two more semesters.

• You’re excited to support us 16 hours per week.

• You work in a structured and reliable way and ideally already have some HR experience.

• You’re fluent in English and familiar with MS Office.
