Business Development Intern

This internship is a great opportunity for students who want to develop commercial skills within a global organization.

As a Business Development Intern, you will support the Corporate Sales team in driving impact across all 4flow business lines worldwide by prospecting and reaching out to potential customers in Europe, North America, and Brazil. Your main activities will include:

• Prospecting potential new customers

• Keeping CRM data up to date

• Supporting outreach to potential customers during events through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages

• Proactively researching new solutions available in the market to improve sales performance

Why you belong at 4flow

• Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Relations or a related field.

• Strong interest in sales, logistics, and especially in engaging with people per phone call, LinkedIn and email. 

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate PowerPoint skills with good visual sense.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365.

• Advanced English.

• Familiarity with design tools or BI tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

• You are available to work 6 hours per day with a minimum 1-year contract.

• You are available to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office (three times per week).
