IT Senior (Network and System Administration)

What your new challenge will look like

In this position you will be part of the IT Services department in all aspects of network and system administration. Including but not limited to:

• Administration of a fast-developing MS 365 Hybrid environment

• Managing all components of the Microsoft 365 portfolio

• International support of users (local and remotely)

• Managing and improving the live cycle of end-user and server systems

• Keep the company's network secure and operational in terms of infrastructure and security (firewall, switches, access points, proxy)

• Management and optimization of resources and the release of accesses to users according to internal standards and procedures

• Handling Issues of medium and high complexity

• Visiting our international locations (travel activity max. 10%)

• Assistance in maintaining and enhancing information security standards

• Completed higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration or an equivalent qualification in the field of Information Technology

• Senior level work experience

• Administration and implementation of Microsoft 365 Hybrid Environments

• Windows and Linux operating systems

• Network administration

• Switch, Firewall and Wireless LAN knowledge

• Experiences in an international environment or in an internationally active company

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office
