Organizational Strategy Intern

This internship is a great opportunity for students who want to understand how strategy, communication, and continuous improvement work inside a global organization. 

As a Strategy Intern, you will learn and support our team in internal initiatives, improving communication, and strengthening engagement across the company. 

Innovation program & Customer satisfaction 

• Assist in our innovation program: learn to prepare materials, track information, and organize documentation. 

• Support the preparation of townhall meetings and newsletters and communication material. 

• Contribute to communication and follow-up activities related to  Customer Satisfaction Analysis. 

Internal Communication 

• Support in monitoring communication KPIs, e.g. internal communication surveys and help consolidate insights.  

• Learn how to create and update materials for internal leadership forums. 

• Contribute to updating information on internal platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Hive) and documentation. 

• Assist in organizing internal engagement programs. (e.g., Mystery coffee date) 

Why you belong at 4flow

• Currently studying in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 

• Interest in strategy, continuous improvement, and internal communication. 

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn new things. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Basic of Excel, and Microsoft 365 

• Intermediate of PowerPoint. 

• Advanced English. 

• Familiarity with Tableau/BI is a plus, but not mandatory. 

• You are available to work 6 hours per day with a minimum 1-year contract. 

• You are available to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office.
