Your Role 

As a (Senior) Agile Coach (d/f/m) within 4flow software you will be part of an experienced agile coaching team that supports and learns with and from each other. We are highly autonomous drivers of agile change within and throughout the organization, with both operational and strategic responsibilities, spanning from team coaching to companywide initiatives concerning the agile mindset and practices.  

In this team you will: 

• Coach, mentor, train and provide hands-on support to teams in the 4flow software organization in adopting the agile mindset and practices, with the goal of growing the team’s agile maturity and making them more capable and efficient in delivering value through their products. 

• Plan, facilitate, and moderate team meetings, Scrum events and workshops on demand. 

• Focus on continuous improvement and satisfied colleagues by building up a positive working environment and promote positive collaboration in the organization by making the need for change transparent. 

• Set an organizational framework for effective collaboration and work together with the team on conflict resolution. 

• Motivate and empower the team and team members and facilitate a consensus to act to improve the work quality. 

• Take part in shaping 4flow’s products by introducing approaches of lean-agile product development.  

• Create transparency within the organization through supporting OKRs and other measurements and giving constant feedback.

Our Requirements 

To be successful in this role, we believe you should bring at least 4+ years of dedicated experience in an agile related role to 4flow. In addition, the following are important to us: 

• A lean agile mindset and strong empathy for people  

• Sound knowledge and experience with various agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP) and with agile software development. 

• Strong coaching, facilitation, team building and training skills, ideally for various audiences (teams, management, executives, etc.) 

• Knowledge in organizational development 

• Very good English skills to communicate confidently with our international colleagues.
