Coordinator Operations (d/m/f)

For our office in Zaragoza, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain with a new customer, a global iconic perfume and cosmetic brand.

What your new challenge will look like
 

You will be hired as a coordinator in transportation management for the 4flow management business line. In this position, you will be responsible for managing shipments in day-to-day business and regular operations as well as for customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility. In  particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of daily transportation processes

• Achieving and maintaining the quality and performance standards specified by our customers

• Technical management of a team in continuous execution of transportation in our customers’ logistics networks

• Daily coordination of regular tasks conducted by global operations team

• Onboarding, Guidance & Training of the global team

• Working in tight coordination with your manager and the project management team

• Driving continuous improvement together with the team and the customer

• Strong relationship building with the new customer organization

• You demonstrate in your application that you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics (relevant practical experience in the transportation industry: road, air and sea)

• You are confident in using IT systems and have strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)

• You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
