For our office in Zaragoza, we are looking for a talented manager who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain with a new customer, a global iconic perfume and cosmetic brand.

What your new challenge will look like

• Leading and developing a team of logistics specialists and coordinators located in Europe, Brazil and China  

• Ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction for all services provided with special focus on successful execution of daily operations  

• Optimizing the daily flow of goods to internal and customer warehouses and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers  

• Preparation & moderation of monthly review calls, potentially also daily and weekly calls 

• 2nd escalation level in transportation management (internal and external) 

• Responsible for route implementation as well as reporting services

• Monitoring logistics performance and costs and analyzing network metrics  

• Determining and driving continuous improvement together with the team and the customer 

• Establishing technological advancements in logistics operations to drive efficiency 

• Strong relationship building with the new customer organization 

Why you belong at 4flow

• You have a university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight

• You have more than 5 years of experience in supervising and developing international teams    

• Strong communication skills in English (and Spanish is a plus)

• Hands-on experience within execution environment, best case road, air & sea freight  

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset ensuring a structured approach to problem-solving. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong working relationships. 

• You love to keep up with technological trends in the industry to challenge the status quo, driving innovation and improvement. 

• Willingness to travel to Barcelona, especially during the initial setup phase, to ensure smooth operations.
