Machine Learning Developer

As a Machine Learning Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines that power intelligent features and decision-making. You will take ownership of end-to-end ML workflows and collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions.

What your new challenge will look like

In this role, you will design and implement machine learning models and algorithms that directly solve real business challenges.

• You will take full ownership of the ML lifecycle - from data preparation and model development all the way to deployment, monitoring, and continuous iteration - ensuring that your solutions deliver lasting value in production.

• Collaboration will be key: you will work closely with data scientists, engineers and product teams to seamlessly integrate ML capabilities into our systems and products.

• With a strong experimental mindset, you will optimize model performance through rigorous testing, A/B experiments and detailed error analysis.

• You will also contribute to building and maintaining the Machine Learning Operationss infrastructure that keeps our models running reliably in production.

• Staying current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and NLP, you will continuously assess new technologies for their potential impact and applicability at 4flow.

• Clear documentation and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders will make you a trusted expert across the organization.

• You bring at least two years of experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence or a related technical field.

• Your technical foundation includes solid proficiency in Python and SQL and you feel confident working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• You have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and core data engineering principles and you have worked with big data tools such as Spark, Databricks, or Delta Live Tables. Experience with ML Ops tools and best practices further strengthens your ability to deliver robust, production-ready solutions. It’s a plus if you’ve also worked with LLMs, NLP approaches, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
