What your new challenge will look like 

As part of the 4flow management team, you play a key role in optimizing transport and supply chain processes for a dedicated CPG/ FMCG customer program. You will drive cost reduction initiatives, efficiency improvements, and process innovations that go beyond regular optimization routines. 

• You drive performance enhancements and cost optimization projects within a CPG/FMCG supply chain. 

• You manage the launch of new scopes within the existing network mandate from the first solution design up until handover to the operations team. 

• You support program management in growing the account by driving innovations in service and process maturity. 

Why you belong at 4flow 

• With 2-3 years of experience as a consultant or supply chain engineer for one of the large global CPG/FMCG industry leaders, you have gained a solid understanding of supply chain interdependencies and common challenges in the industry. 

• You have worked closely with customers and internal teams on a diverse range of transport and supply chain optimization/innovation projects within CPG/FMCG. 

• Alongside your strong analytical skills, you possess an inherent drive to take initiative, enabling you to find pragmatic, hands-on solutions. 

• You communicate confidently in German and English and impress with your presentation and moderation skills. 

• You possess strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
