What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system

• Performing customer service tasks, e.g., managing transport orders, communicating with customers and partners

• Handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to customers and other relevant parties involved

• Providing solutions in the event of transportation delays

• Supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks

Why you belong at 4flow

• You have relevant practical experience in operational transportation logistics with a focus on land and road transportation.

• You are able to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way, with a high focus on customer service.

• You are an experienced user of MS Office with very good communication skills in English and German.

• You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment.
